The Art Print Subscription

What is the advantage of becoming a NICEART subscriber?

Support emerging print artists by signing up to the NICEART monthly subscription. This allows us to work with talented artists to bring you exclusive, limited edition works at affordable prices. As a subscriber you will receive a work exclusive to NICEART.

What will I receive with my subscription each month?

By subscribing you will receive an exclusive, numbered and signed high quality risograph print on archival paper. Accompanied to your order you will also receive an email with the artist bio and notes about the work. 

Can users buy the print editions separately, after the subscription has ended?

No you can not. Art prints are produced in a limited run for registered subscribers only. This ensures we maintain the highest quality possible and best benefits for our subscribers. 

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, your subscription renews each month. However, you have full control over your subscription and can opt not to renew at any time logging in to your account. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. You can also update your shipping address at any time within your account.

Postage and Packing

When will I receive my prints?

Limited edition prints are sent to subscribers at the beginning of each month. Shipping can take up to 7 days. We expect that you will receive your print by the end of the second week of each month, at the latest.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the UK and Ireland. Shipping is currently free for the first subscription order.

Can I track my order?

Shipping updates will be provided to your registration email address. If you have any queries regarding tracking please contact us on hello@niceart.uk

The Art Print 

What type of printing technique do your artists use?

The majority of our artists use high quality risograph printing which ensures vivid, crisp colours for every print. For artwork specifications please refer to the print listing on the site. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.

What if I don't like the print that I receive?

The NICEART subscription is a curated collection of some of the best up and coming, as well as established print artists in the world. We take great care and consideration when selecting the artists for the subscription and work with the artist to ensure what they supply is of the best quality and will fit into the collection as a whole. If you do not like a particular print we can refund your order if you contact hello@niceart.uk

Refunds and Returns

Can I return a print if I don't like it?

Refunds are accepted within the first 7 days of you receiving the print. You can claim a refund and arrange a return if you contact us at hello@niceart.uk. All returned artwork but be received in the same condition, without damage in order to qualify for a refund. 

What if my print is damaged on delivery?

Our packaging is strong and should protect the art print sufficiently. However if damage does occur during transit to your home address, please contact hello@niceart.uk to discuss the damage and if we can provide you with a replacement print.

Payment on Site

Is it secure to buy art online on your website?

Payments and card processing is completely secure on the NICEART website. We partner with Shopify Payments and Stripe which offer end-to-end payment encryption. We do not see or store your credit card information at any time.

Is the subscription renewal automatic?

The NICEART print subscription is renewed automatically. However, you can cancel or skip a month at any time by accessing your account on the website. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do so at least 15 days before your subscription renewal date.
